Go is a all original band formed in late 1998 by long time friends Chris Tomaiolo and John Docimo. The band is a high energy outfit that combines a little bit of everything to get its unique sound. We have long time skin basher, Mike Murgo behind the drums and he just beats the hell out of the kit and keeps us on a rail.

These are pics from the show at Ralph's
GO is a all original band from Worcester, Massachusetts that has a style of Rockabilly meets Rock&Roll kinda of vibe with a energy level that is unmatchable. With Mike Murgo bashing the skins harder than anyone I have ever heard, Chris Tomaiolo and John Docimo's Abbey Road style vocals, Chris's guitar work is James Burton Meets Keith Richard's, Henry James is the bass player who plays just about any style you ask for. This makes up for a pretty interesting line up of musicians. GO has been playing a few shows locally with good response. The goal is to have a summer CD release and break into the Boston scene. Keep checking this site for updates on the bands progress along with any club dates that might be happening.
GO has finished there upcoming debut CD and let me tell ya it is sounds killer.

Thank you Erick Godin for running The Lucky Dog, a great establishment! you are a true asset to the city of Worcester.

We would like to thank John O'Neil from the Worcester Phoenix for coming out to Ralph's on the 22nd and really diggin' our set. John gave us nice little write up in the Worc. Phoenix about GO and is planning on a full length article about us in a upcoming issue . This is what he said about us,

A NEW BAND to keep an eye on are Go, who turned in a great set last weekend at Ralph's.
Featuring the tight, controlled bursts of Beatlesque power that marked bands like the Spongetones
and Smithereens, Go were polished in all the right ways. It says a lot about a band when the worst
two songs they put across were covers of the Monkees and of the Ramones. Good harmonies, big
licks, bigger hooks -- they were classic power-pop out of the Dwight Twilley school (which is an
obscuro-reference for saying very, very good). Someday, we hope, more deejay/band folk will be
                as grabbed as we were.

GO is in pre-production for there follow up CD to !
